  5. The AccountFlex General Ledger is the foundation of the entire AccountFlex
  6. accounting system. It summarizes all of the transactions from your system's
  7. subledgers, providing you with an accurate, timely picture of your company's
  8. fiscal reports that can be customized for your specific requirements. This
  9. module is compatible with Informix, SCO Integra, SUN Netisam, or Infoflex
  10. databases and, if necessary, can be customized by our staff. Features include
  11. recurring journal entries, retention of unlimited number of periods, and
  12. transactions posting to any period in any year. Allows financial reporting for
  13. current year without having closed the prior year. Allows extensive onscreen
  14. inquiries such as budget comparisons, current account balance comparisons,
  15. retained earnings, profit and loss, and transaction details. Maintains clear
  16. and concise audit trails showing source, transaction date, entry date, posting
  17. dates, descriptions, and all original document reference codes. Provides a
  18. spreadsheet-like report writer so the novice user can easily generate custom
  19. financial reports. Demo disks and source code are available for UNIX, DOS, or
  20. VMS.
